Yes, we strictly comply with all relevant LTO, port authority, and safety regulations, including documentation, weight limits, and route restrictions.

How does Westwind bill for trucking services?
We issue invoices based on confirmed dispatches and agreed rates. Each invoice includes container details, route, date of service, and any applicable accessorial charges (e.g., diversion, waiting time).
When will I receive my invoice?
Invoices are typically sent within 1–2 business days after service completion. For clients with weekly or monthly billing cycles, we follow the agreed schedule.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are Net 15 unless otherwise agreed. Custom terms may be arranged for long-term or high-volume clients.
What are accessorial charges?
Accessorial charges are additional fees applied for services beyond standard container haulage. These may include, but are not limited to:
● Diversion or rerouting at the client’s request
● Waiting time beyond the allowed free hours at the port or delivery site
● Reimbursable expenses, such as toll fees, port charges, or terminal handling fees
All accessorial charges are clearly itemized and fully explained in your invoice to ensure transparency.
Are your rates VAT-inclusive?
Our rates are typically VAT-exclusive, unless stated otherwise. The VAT amount is itemized separately in your invoice for full transparency.
