The Westwind Team Building 2026 was held on August 16, 2025, in San Felipe, Zambales. We kicked off the day by dividing everyone into four teams—Team Yellow, Team Green, Team Mint Blue, and Team Red—each led by their respective heads and supervisors. The goal was simple: to encourage full participation, break down barriers, and create an environment where everyone could relax, connect, and enjoy the moment. For this team building, we wanted everyone to set aside their job titles and roles, and just be themselves—a day to laugh, collaborate, and bond as one team and one Westwind family.
The day was filled with energy, laughter, and a variety of team building games and activities designed to unite us. From group challenges to friendly competitions, everyone participated with enthusiasm, supporting one another and working as one team. These activities encouraged collaboration, problem-solving, and trust, while helping colleagues connect across departments and appreciate the unique strengths each person brings. Moments of cheering, teamwork, and shared victories reminded us that true success is built on collective effort, not individual achievement.
